From an email I just received from Delta:
"With our new Risk-Free Cancellation policy, you can receive a full refund for certain tickets purchased directly from Delta. Just cancel by the following midnight after purchase (or midnight of the departure date of the first flight, whichever comes first). You can even cancel onlineno questions, no penalties."
