Years ago I flew on ASA into some airport in West Va. (VERY SMALL!!!) We were delayed while the Cow was run off the runway.

Alligator pate...I don't think we have anything as refined as that here. It's just usually pieces of alligator, sometimes breaded and fried. Now the pate I would probably try.

You can get this at Narcoose's at the GF. I would probably try the breaded and fried, sounds good to me. Tastes like chicken, right?
