This is good news for my family, only one more hurdle then Disney here we come. They still need court approval, so hopefully that will not be a problem.

The bankruptcy court has approve the deal , the federal pension insurer is now weighing it's options, including appealing the ruling.

I guess that just shows that there is always going to be something!! I am thinking that since we leave early Monday we should be ok with whatever they decide, but who knows. After all the problems the past few months, I wouldn't expect calm waters now...

Of course not otherwise DL wouldn't be doing the refits that they are doing and nobody wants to see DL fail so your safe.

Why are the waters rough? Oh by the way, the poster who mentioned the Federal Pension Insurer info failed to mention that they did the same thing in two other BK's and lost so I don't expect much in regards to them.
