Yahoo just had it listed as a tentative agreement. I am soooo happy to hear it! We have tickets for our December trip that we got at great prices, for great time and I was sick thinking about losing them and the $$$.
No, all agreements have to be ratified. If the union bargaining team signed on you can bet the membership will too faced with the catastrophic alternative.
It's still a 'tentative' deal (as in the union and Delta have agreed on it but pilots have to agree to/ratify it). I've never heard of a tentative being turned down. I fly in 11 days so, as you can imagine, I'm thrilled to wake up and read this.
Yahhhhhhhhhhhh Snickerboo so glad to hear it!!!!!!!!
Now where is WDWFamilyinIL? She was soooo nervous about this
YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH WE are all going to Disney.
TGIF and TG for the Dis! Just hoping someone would have some word for me as I can't/won't watch CNN with the kids in the house - too much to explain if you KWIM. Anyway - sounds like we should be good to go in 6 days!
OK, I finally got to read the story they recently posted on MSNBC (darn job keeps interfering with the important things in life) and this has made my day. I fly to L.A. (and Disneyland) on the 27th.
I am sooooo happy to hear this, I was so worried! We have a trip planned with my dsis and dbrother and their families, we all fly together on delta, I was really worried with the 15 of us what we would do. HAPPY EASTER!! Thanks for the news!!
