Delta or SW?

I have never flown with SW, but they have got to be better than Delta !! We flew from Boston to West Palm Beach in March 07, and in the space of 2 months from the time I bought my tickets, they changed our flight 3 times ! Then we were delayed 2 hours on our return trip, and it was not due to weather. Never again with Delta. I will pay a higher price with someone, anyone else ! Good luck !
