Delta one way to MCO July 30-$212 or should i wait?

Looking for our airfare for WDW from july 30-aug 6, 2011 and delta seems high! One way is 212 plus tax. We have $200 vouchers per person for use on delta, thats why im looking to use them for it. The RT is 424 for sat/sat flight, that seems so high. We really cant leave on friday or come home the following monday to be cheaper flights on delta. Should we book the one way now and find someone else for the return later, or do you think they may go down? I have been checking for about 2 weeks now since we got home, and it has been about the same price so far? I want to get them early, but dont want to wait too long and have them go too high!

From DFW, we typically book when we see around $100 each way -- so $212 from Phoenix seems high. Have you tried http://www.bing.com/travel/about/howAirPredictions.do, which used to be Farecast?
