Delta check-in at GF?

Is there a Delta check-in counter at the Grand Floridian and does anyone know what time it opens? I have a 9:35am flight and would need to check-in with the luggage by 6:30 to allow time for the luggage to make the flight.

We were able to check in for our Delta flight at the Wilderness Lodge, at the Disney Magical Express desk just outside the front entry. It was open until 11am, but I don't know how early it opened. We didn't register with Magical Express, since we had a rental car, so I was surprised the let us check our bags home there at the hotel.

All resort airline check in desks are open from 5am-1pm. Bags must be checked a minimum of 3 hours prior to flight, and no greater than 12 hrs prior to flight. Only one person needs to be present to check the bags and get a boarding pass.

Is it common for one to close 2 hours early, as in our case?

I've never heard of them closing early, with the exception of when thier system goes down.

The agent was pretty explicit that her desk closes at 11am, and that we had to be back before then or we wouldn't be able to check our bags in at the hotel.
