Delta baggage fees?

we have never flown on Delta before. When and where do we pay the $15 luggage fee? Do we pay for our luggage at the airport, or ahead of time to some central collecting center? Thanks for any input on my questions. Cheryl

I'm not sure of Delta, but both I know most airlines offer you the option of paying for your baggage if you check-in online before you arrive.

If you are doing RAC at Disney, you have the option of pre-paying your bags to a third party.

Great question - I have searched Delta's website trying to find that out myself, so will be interested in the responses.

When you are at your home airport, you will pay the luggage fees when you check your luggage and get your boarding passes.
At WDW, if you are using the RAC program, you will call a phone number before you check out and pay your fee with a credit card, on the phone. I'm assuming that since you're flying Delta, you'll be using RAC at the resort.
