Delivery of Gift Bags

I just have a few questions about the delivery of my guests gift bags. We are getting married on a Tuesday, I was wondering if Sunday was to early to bring the welcome gift bags to the resorts? I have everyone staying at the Pop Century so do I just go the a check in counter and get their assigned room numbers? Also, will they give my guest their gift bags when they check in? What if they have already checked in? Most of our guests are checking in on Monday but three will already be there on Sunday. Thanks in advance for all your help.

i was told i could deliver my welcome bags to the resort, in my case the allstar movies & that they would hand them out at check in or call our guests up & tell them they have a package. i was told to put their name & mine, their eservation number, check in date & room# if available. they did not mention a fee for this.

We were married on a Thursday and began delivering our bags on Monday evening. Our guests were arriving at different times and to different resorts and all of them said the same thing - just put the name and reservation # on the bag and they noted the account so when the guests checked in they would get their bags. For those that had already arrived, we delivered them to guest services who them delivered them to the rooms. Room numbers aren't assigned until the guests check in. Congratulations!
