Has anyone ever gotten a reservation here? I've tried the past 3 trips and there is never ANYTHING available.

Does anyone have luck with walk-ups for a party of 2? I was thinking when we get to Epcot, try and put our name on list as soon as it opens and then maybe we'd get called at some point in the day?
Do they even take names?

Kind of ridiculous at this point.

I go to WDW several times a year and always manage to score Lounge ressies. My stays are a bit longer and I’m usually able to find availability day 5 forward. If your visits are shorter than that, then continue to search. I think the success rates are in direct proportion to your persistence in staking the website.

Used to be the only standby available was for bar seating. Be prepared to wait since I don’t think they ever took names and notified people. Never hurts to ask, though.

Keep checking! I often see openings the day before actually…. People cancel all the time!

We take 9 day trips so it's not that, but also we aren't going to rearrange our schedule just to go there. We make reservations this coming Friday, so I'll try for that one first, but I looked as if making one today and there was nothing available thru September! Last trip I checked every day up until we left. When we are actually on the trip, then it's kind out of out of sight/out of mind.

If they don't take names, we won't wait for it. We don't want to waste time just hanging out there.

Oh well! We will see if I can get one Friday or I'll just keep checking.

We walked up, there were three adults in our party. It was not around a meal time--maybe 2-3 in the afternoon. It was underwhelming, but I sure understand why anyone would want to try it at least once. The only way I'd return is if someone else in our party really wanted to go.

Well it is that. If you want a Space220 Lounge in the first half of your trip it’s going to be very hard to get on booking day because you’re too late. You need to schedule it at the end of your trip. When I put a 9 trip together, I know I need to be looking for Space Lounge in the last couple days.

Set a dining alert, things open sometimes but you need to be fast.

Yes they take walkups for the Lounge and have since opening. No, they don’t have a list type thing where you come back when it’s your turn. They have a line you wait in until seats are available.

Actually, it's not that. I've tried booking it for the end of our trip first. Didn't work. Every time, no availability at all. All 9 days.

Not my first rodeo.

Yeah, if we can't get in, oh well. Plenty of other places. 🙂

We were able to get it on our trip last January, but we had 4 people on different devices and 2 different browsers. We were on a 7 night reservation but it wasn't for the last day of our trip. Maybe January was a lower attendance month. We liked it, but didn't love it. Mostly we just wanted to see what it was about without paying the price fixed menu.

Obviously you need to add a day!! Jk, jk. I've had success at 60+7-9 for multiple trips but I avoid the busier times. And with that we may have found your issue. Halloween colliding with Jersey week colliding with Veterans is going to make that more difficult for you. But, don't give up hope! Set the dining alert. Decide if you want to wait in line (don't just join the first line you see when you arrive, talk to a CM to make sure it's the standby Lounge line as that tends to be a different line). Randomly check yourself day of. (I don't see the point in randomly checking yourself before day of, there just aren't large movements in availability for Space220 Lounge so the odds you see something a dining alert doesn't catch are very long.)

I was finally able to score a Space 220 Lounge reservation for the 3rd day into our June trip (was on the website and ready at 6am on 1st day I could book). I usually book 9-10 day trips and try starting from the end first too with no luck so I was amazed to see it actually available for a change. I've eaten in the regular area are a few times and was fine with it but I much preferred the menu items in the lounge. I was also able to get a Geo Lounge reservation for the same trip. Don't know if I lucked into a low attendance period or if the ADR Karma Fairy was smiling on me that day. Good Luck!

I just got a ressie for 2 at the end of October. We have a lunch time ressie around 1230pm on day 6 of our trip. For what it's worth, I was online at 6am, but didn't even look for this until after 7am.
