Delivery from Goodings

Has anyone had ordered online with Goodings and had their order delivered to the resort? I've just had a look at their website and am keen on placing an order, just wanted to know if anyone has used them and if they are ok.

Also, if you are not at the resort when the delivery arrives do Disney take the order and deliver it to your room?

So far I have placed an order, had a reply with all the details, but no-one has been in touch with me regarding payment, I mailed them again yesterday to find out about them taking payment, and am waiting on a response.

I think I am going a couple of days before you, so I shall keep you updated with how I am getting on. It may be that I have to ring them with my cc details for payment, as they mention ringing the customer to get details, but I don't think they will want to ring all the way over here<g>.

As long as I don't have to traipse all the way to a shop on the first night!

I am staying off site, so I can't give you any info about Disney and Goodings.

I shall keep you updated.

Thanks for the reply Heid. I've been looking at netgrocer too but they don't do water by the gallon but they do have pringles . Keep me updated with your progress, if I place an order and they don't contact me for payment I will send them a thank you card for their kindness and recommend them to everyone in the UK

Update about my Goodings Experiment!

Goodings replied to my email, and I am ringing them tonight to give them payment details.

I mailed my hotel to let them know about the delivery, and all they asked was that Goodings sealed the bags and had my confirmation number as well as my name on the bags.

Looks like we are a go

I shall let you know if the actual execution of the plan works ok, while I am there if I can, and when I get back if not!

I am pretty optimistic though!

Another update!

Just rung Goodings, ask to speak to Cheryl Peacock - she deals with all the deliveries, very nice lady, all is fine, and I am so relieved!

Just got to wait and see what happens now, but I feel pretty confident
