Delivered to Hotel?

How do I go about having something shipped to the hotel and ready for us a check in?

My plan is to have a special welcome package waiting on my daughter when we check.

I have read other people have things shipped to the hotel.

Check on the resorts board. There is a sticky about shipping to your hotel. Just be aware it won't be in your room when you arrive. You have to ask for it at the front desk

I haven't had anything shipped to a WDW resort but I did have a package sent ahead of us to Aulani. The front desk confirmed they had it when we checked in and delivered it to our room about 20 minutes after we got to our room. I would just call the resort and ask them protocol.

Just call the resort and they will provide the instructions needed. Basically, you just send it and they hold it at the front desk for you when you check in. You can request it be delivered to your room later after check in, but they cannot guarantee a time.

When it called for rainy days our first part of the trip last Sept. I ordered zip up hooded rain gear from Cabellas. Hip length jackets lit material not plastic.

I paid extra for the upgraded shipping for Friday arrival. They were there per the website at 10:00 am. However, they could not be located. For three days they tried finding them. I even had the name of the person signing for them.


Finally when we go to the room Monday night, they had found them and put them in the room. I was really upset that we ended up not having them and buying ponchos.

Not sure I trust them again to ship to a resort.

Thats no good at all. Since I posed this I have added an extra night to the trip and now I wont be shipping at all since we get to the room super late the first night just didnt seem like a good idea to get her more wired up with pretties that first night. Sorry about your trouble
