Delivered Mickey Ears to the room?

You can also order personalized mickey ears over the net and bring them with you and "place them" in the room without anyone seeing you do it.

Do you order them from disney? How far in advance do you have to order?

Does anyone know if we can get custom ears delivered to our hotel for our DD's birthday?

And if we can order them, from disneyflorist or someone else, is there a place anywhere online where I can see what our choices would be?

We stayed in the concierge building at the Polynesian and we had stuff delivered to our room prior to our arrival. We arrived at our resort, were brought by golf card to the building, escorted to our room at which point I left everyone to go to the desk to check in. When we got there before check in the stuff I had ordered was in the room. So it is possible to have stuff delivered in advace depending on where you are staying.

I've stated in another post that I ordered Ears through the Disney Florist to be delivered to our room on 10/18, 5 months ahead of time. Called to confirm delivery 2 weeks ahead of time, no problem they'll be there. Wrong. They weren't there the next day either, I ordered them espcially for the MNSSHP because the ears lit up. Concierge desk called Disney Florist for me and was told that they would be delivered on 10/20. I told them to cancell. They made a special delivery with my ears and got there in time for the party. 1 Week after we got home from our Disney trip the florist called and said that the ears would be delivered the next day. That was weird. I don't know what they're doing (I don't think they do either), but I won't use them again.

I've read that if you are staying concierge your room is preassigned, so you can have things in it before you check in. For a regular room, they wont put anything in it since the front desk wants the flexibility of switching things around...

I got a response from memories by betsy to day. For a basket with just three youth size mickey ears, with the $3 embroidery, and delivery it will cost us $63 (delivery is $25). I am not sure I want to spend that much when I cannot be sure they will be in the room the first time the kids walk in. Maybe we should just wait. I don't know...would you pay that much?

Is that $63 total, including the delivery fee?

For that price, I think I would. But just because every other option to have something delivered to your room for 3 people seems to be a lot more expensive.

We decided to wait too. Knowing my kids they will want to make their own ears or get the pink ones. So instead of spending that amount of $$ we are going to let them pick their own. I'm sure I can find something else to spend the $25 delivery fee on .

It's all about the magic. You can pick up your own ears at the park for much less. Anyone who is going to the trouble to purchase ears, wait to have them embroidered and deliver them to you is going to want to be reimbursed for their time and expenses.
