Deleting pics from the Walgreens photo app

When I have pics that’s on my phone made into actual pics I have the Walgreens app
And send them to be printed
Problem is I can never figure out how to delete them from the Walgreens app
I thought I had it figured out
I saw a edit button hit that then a delete then I hit the delete button which the pic disappeared.
But today I wanted to send the pics from our vacation but now all the pics that I thought were deleted are still there
It’s so frustrating
I’ve asked several people in the photo dept about it and no one knows which is odd seeing they work in the photo. They used to have clerks that actually knew what they we’re talking about

Any ideas con this. This used to be so easy.

Go to 'my photos'..........under that gear looking thing....... 'tools'/'options'......there is a a 'delete photo' button. I usually upload pictures to print and then delete them after I am finished printing them.

it seemed easy enough but Im not seeing what your talking about
if I go to the actual walgreens app on my phone I can see the gear but if I click on that it takes me to where I can log in which I did but now theres no gear just where i can edit personal info
if I click on the actual photo "prints" app it takes me where I can order prints and thats where the pics are that I want to delet so I can order prints from our last vacation and theres no gear there

this shouldnt be this hard
I remember back in the day when walgreens would train people to work in the photo now your lucky to find someone who can get your pics for you

I was using their website, assume the phone app is just a different format. Try using the online website since your photos are only stored in one location.
