POR - Aiigator Bayou section is 2 stories high and does not have elevators.

The Mansions have elev but if your room turns out to me close to the stairs, it is often easier to just take the stirs (they are wide and easy) than to take the hike from parking if you are driving or the front desk (think bell service here ) It can be a long hike with twists and turns from the centrally located elevators to you room at the Mansions. (Ask me how I know? )

We were at POR Alligator section in June and we didn't see any elevators

POFQ does have elevators. The only downside is that it may be a bit of a walk to your room from the elevator. At least you won't have to haul your suitcases up stairs!

If you are in a bldg with only two levels, there will be no elevator. But those with 3 or more will have them. So, AB bldgs in POR do not have elevators, but the mansions do, as well as the PORFQ bldgs. But, as someone else has already said...in the mansions, those elevators might not be so handy. When we stayed in Magnolia Terrace, we were on the middle floor. I don't think we ever used the elevators...always used the stairs.
