I always use the entertainment book. You can buy one for any city - its only the card inside that you use. We just returned from Portofino Bay - we got a deluxe pool view for $180 (rack rate is $310). Just ask for the entertainment rate when you book and take the card to check in (although I have never yet been asked for the card). The entertainment rate is also availabe at Swan and Dolphin.
