thread jack over...

I worked a full day before we left. Well I guess you couldnt really call it working.I think I did more wedding planning than actual work.
The lady at the front desk was super sweet (definitely nicer than the people I got during the strawberry debacle). She asked a lot of questions about our wedding, and even made us some Almost Married pins adding ALMOST and our wedding date to the Just Married pins. Surprisingly we got a ton of attention (and questions about the ALMOST) during our pre-wedding Disneymoon. It started a lot of conversations with random CMs, and we got a lot of Wheres my invitation?, or Can I come?. It was really nice.
Wedding planning is seriously the most stressful thing Ive ever done!
YEAH! You started! Im so excited.
What a mess....For Pete's sake it was just some strawberries, you would have thought you would have asked them to have Mickey and Minnie waiting when they checked in!
We hope to take the behind the seeds tour on our honeymoon. I love your PRE honeymoon. What a great Idea. I wish we could do a week i nDIsney before the cruise. BUT since one of my weeks off work is unpaid now, I don't think it would be possible!
Thats almost all I did on my honeymoon cruise! Eat, sleep and a few shore excursions... I wish I could go back!!
Ugh! I just gave up ice cream for Lent so your pictures are NOT HELPING!!!!
(Wendy would be so proud of the colored font!)
Did you go on the Disney Cruise? My DF and I just decided two days ago to cut our Disney time a little short, extend our honeymoon a little bit, and go on the Disney Cruise a couple days after the wedding. I am sooooo excited!![]()
Awww how fun! We didnt do a Disney cruiseWe wanted to, but the 7 day cruises only left on Saturday (our wedding day). We ended up leaving on Sunday on Carnival... which was great! I'd definitely recommend getting a balcony stateroom if you can afford it. I've been on more cruises than I can count, and we've never been in the room much. However, on our honeymoon we spent more time in our room than out of it! I slept the whole darn week, and we spent A LOT of time on the balcony, enjoying the scenery and getting some sun without all the crowds.
I did enjoy it... kinda hurt my feet though! I used muscles I never knew I had!
While Im in Michaels, I get a call from Robs Aunt wanting to know if she can bring her foreign exchange student to our wedding. I cant leave her at home, she doesnt speak any English she says! At this point steam is practically coming out my ears people were doing this to me all week! I made room for the 3 year old, but had to politely say no about this one. Somehow I managed to keep my cool no Bridezilla here! If you asked me 2 days ago it wouldve been ok, but all my numbers have been finalized and I really cant add anyone. So what if it was a flat out lie, I didnt want to hurt anybodys feelings!
At the end of our dinner, Robs dad announces that everyone is waiting for Rob in the WL bar they want to throw him a bachelor party. I DONT THINK SO! I had my bachelorette party at the beginning of January, and I told both Rob and his father that if he wanted a bachelor party to do it then. I warned that there would be absolutely no wild drinking the week of our wedding Rob insisted that he didnt want a BP and had a nice quiet dinner with his parents instead. So here we are 3 weeks later, and my FFIL is arguing with me in the middle of a restaurant! I have plans to meet Caryndisneydiva in 20 minutes, and Im not in the mood to argue, so we just get up and leave.!
We finally get to PI at 10:20, and like Caryn said in her TR, the comedy club wouldnt let us in because the show had already started. We wandered around a bit and Rob went into the surf shop (if you can call it that) to get a present for his best man.
At about 11pm I finally got to meet up with Caryn! After months of talking on the Disboards, it was great to meet in person! Caryn and her DH Mark had gotten married about 12 hours earlier, but were still partying! We talked for a bit, but had to cut the evening short since Rob was still not feeling well. Here's a picture I stole from Caryn's TR... thanks Caryn!

My eye makeup was running after 6 or 7 hours even though she said it was waterproof!
I'll tell ya, because of all the nonsense my MIL has put me thru, my kids and their spouses will never have to worry about me giving them any trouble! I could never scream and yell or otherwise terrorize the person my child loves![]()
