Hi Lauren and Josh,
If you plan to do the deluxe dining for the Boardwalk portion of your trip, you will have to take 2 days of DDP since you have to have the same plan for length of stay.
That being said, my suggestion would be to change the HS dinner to the Brown Derby. Being from NYC you won't think that the Italian food at Mama Melrose is all that good anyway.
You will have a total of 6 TS credits that can be used for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

1 - Be our Guest
So it would work out perfectly and you'd have 4 snack credit to use too.
