I've never gotten a chance to visit NYC, but it's on "The List" of places I want to go. How neat that you've gotten to see and do and meet so many people through your dad's job!

and yes, Boy Meets World was one of the best shows EVER. Period.

My DBF and I are close in age to you too (I love finding other young DISers).... we are 22 and 24. We are planning our second trip to WDW and leave in two weeks! Yay! And we live in NY also! Not the city, about 80 minuts north in town of Poughkeepsie!

Yay! I finally made it over here! I can't wait to read this TR because your are the only DISser on here that I actually can relate to! I am very jealous that you live in New York and that you can go to the Bamboozle (sp?) festival just when ever you want! We like the same kind of music, but we don't get all the cool shows here! I'm a small town girl with city dreams! I want to be an actress and my bf wants to be a filmmaker so we heard about the NYFA and really want to try it out next summer! Do you know anything about it? And of course, you dont sound like a creepo, so I definently would want you to show us around the city!

Ohh. BTW. I am a MAJOR closet teenybopper as well! I couldnt believe DreamStreet was on your roster. I was in LOVE with them when I was like 12 years old! Nobody really knew who they were so I dont here anyone talk about them! I pull the "Guys, I soo knew who Jesse McCartney was like 5 years ago!" card.

Okay so I made it through the TR- something else we have in common- I am a Melissa too!!! lol! And I am a teacher! I teach 9th and 10th grade history, though, but I def have the teaching bug so I know just how you feel!
I love your plans and applaud your fam for driving to FL! We drove once, back in 1994, didn't go to WDW though, just Sea World and the beach! My grandparents own a condo on Anna Maria Island that we stayed there for 2 weeks. It is a lot of fun to return to FL in a similar way... like my DBF and I went to WDW in January of 06 and we spent 10 days in WDW and then went to the condo for a few days before our flight home... it was a nice throw back to my family vacation.
Also, I love that you are the organized itinerary one! I am just like that! lol! And I post pics of everything on my PTR too! lol! I will be happy to hear about your trip because by the time you get back I will be in supreme WDW withdrawl! lol!
