Courtney!! I didn't know you had started a PTR! I can't believe you are getting married at WDW! That's so exciting. I was so happy for you when I saw your engagement on Facebook. It's a bummer you have to wait so long, but at least now you will get an official DFTW.

Ahhh!!! Yeah I never told anyone because it was just going to be a surprise... Like "Yeah we spent the week at Disney. We also got married. How was your day?" But plans kind of changed a bit. Thank you!! I'm super excited. I'm also super excited to see pics of you and Alex on your big day... Which is like really soon isn't it??? Oh and I found some ridiculous pictures from when we went to Mississippi. They'll be on fb eventually.

Oh dear...that can't be good. That was such a long time ago.
I think it would've been kind of cool to tell everyone you were going to Disney and secretly get married. But then again, I'm probably saying that because I am up to my eyeballs in wedding stuff and most of the time wish Alex and I had run away to Disney.
I can totally see you getting married at Disney in the Priscilla dress...it screams princess. I can't wait to follow along on your planning!

But anyways. DF and I have decided on a date!! We have decided on Novemeber 11, 2013. Decided on it for a few reasons.

Glad to know you survived Irene.

And, super HOORAY on deciding on a DATE!!! I will actually still be down there, as our date is November 7, 2013 (if my date remains the same), and we extended our honeymoon through Wednesday.

Congratulations on getting into the college program!! I really wanted to try and do it but it just didn't work with all of the classes I had to take, plus I spent a semester abroad... but I'm glad you'll get the chance to do it, I'm sure it will be fantastic!

In non wedding news... I applied for the Disney College Program today. I have a lot of waiting before I hear anything back. I'm so so so nervous. It's amazing how Disney can make me freak out as if my life depends on what they have to say. Good luck and prayers are greatly appreciated.

So the lots of waiting turned out to only be three hours... I was accepted into the second phase of the application process which is a web based interview... After completing that I was told I had been accepted to the third phase of the process... the phone based interview!!!! I've applied before and not made it past the web interview. So this is a really big step for me. I scheduled my appointment for Wednesday morning and am pretty sure I will not eat or sleep between now and the time I get my acceptance/rejection. This is starting to become as stressful as planning a wedding.

Sorry I have not been around (well updating anyways since i have been reading everyone else's Pj's and what not) school has been keeping me extra busy. i've also been suuuuper freaked out and nervous about the DCP... But that all came to an end this morning at 10:30 AM....

I GOT INTO THE DISNEY COLLEGE PROGRAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am so excited about this opportunity. I've wanted to work fro Disney since I was 4 years old and now I get the chance to finally do it. I did not get my first choice of roles, which was bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique hostess, but I don't care because I get to work at Disney. I will be a merchandise cast member from Jan through August. I'm hoping to either get on part time or full time at the end of my program. I'm also excited about this becasue even though I will take a 19 cent pay cut i am guaranteed 30-45 hours a week. At my current job I am Lucky of I get 4 hours a week.

I don't have any wedding news. Wedding planning has kind of been put on the back burner for a little while. Maybe I'll do some wedding stuff this weekend. but for now I'm off to see Lion King!!!
