Delete dates from a postponed trip in MDE?

I've googled online, looked at FAQ page of My Disney Experience and and search here, but can't find the answer. We initially were going in October but then postponed our trip to December. How do I take those October dates out of My Itinerary? I know they don't matter and if I never could delete those dates, nothing would happen, but the countdown calendar is a big bummer bc my trip is no longer 55 days away. It's not 90-something.

I have no idea but have you tried logging out of account, clearing cookies from browser? I had to postpone my Sept. trip and my dates changed instantly, I was still on phone with cm when I saw mine changed.

No clue. We also postponed our trip and my counter says I am leaving tomorrow. Nope. I am just looking forward to it being gone and hopefully corrected in a few days.

I have the same problem. Moved my dates from Halloween to the week before Thanksgiving but the stupid countdown hasn't changed. I agree it is a bummer to see the lower countdown and know you don't get to go that soon!
