Has anyone stayed there recently? We're thinking about doing a quick 3 night trip before our Disney cruise and want to stay somewhere close, cheap and decent. I need a room that can accomodate 4 adults and 2 toddlers. (me, DH, DD4, DS2, Grandma and Mom) :surfweb::confused3

Any suggestions?

I'd suggest Desert Inn which is right next to Del Sol. I looked into both and found that most people were more happy at Desert Inn? They have a few different types of suites and are about the same if not less expensive than Del Sol? That's just what we're doing..I haven't stayed at either :)

That said, Del Sol was our second choice :)

Thanks for the reply! So far, I've found:
Desert Inn: $479.00
Best Western Park Place $463
Del Sol : $349.00

Tough Decisions!

Oh wow, yeah for that I'd probably go Del Sol. What type of room is it?? If you're gonna spend more than Del Sol go BWPP. I hear way better reviews :)

I stayed at the Del Sol in September over Labor Day weekend. I would def stay there again, in fact am planning an upcoming trip and that is my go to hotel for the planning. Rooms were decent, quite roomy, and we had no problems wiht noise, etc...(we had 2 deluxe double queen rooms adjoining) Loved the location, and the continental breakfast they provide was very basic, but enough to get one up and out the door... The pool was quite nice, although small- but again, it worked well enough for us.

I was just looking at all the prices as well and watch Del Sol for hidden charges. Is the resort fee included in that? Also keep in mind BWPPI has breakfast; it's not the best but you'd have to feed everyone breakfast for $6 each or under to make up the price difference between the two. Personally I felt we'd get that much value over their limited breakfast since we'd spend almost half of that just grabbing coffee somewhere even if we brought breakfast items for the room. I'd love to hear more opinions on that hotel though!
