Has anyone stayed here before? This is where my Mom has made our reservations for the 5 days we are in Anaheim. I know it is pretty small and I think it is right across the street from the main entrance but any other info would be appreciated.

It's fine! We were there for one night last month, and have stayed for weekends before. It is in a great location, and the rooms (we've had) have a ton of floor space.

Regular amenities---coffee maker, fridge & microwave.

Parking is at a serious premium! Once you get a spot, WALK everywhere! :lmao:

I've stayed there several times before it was the Del Sol, back then it was Best Inn. I haven't been back only because they seemed to have raised the rates when they changed the name.

It was a basic, no frills motel. But it was clean and convenient. A 10 minute walkt to the gates. I stayed in room 201 my first time and always requested it after that. It's right above the office, which is right at the front of the motel. So aside from going upstairs, it's the shortest walk to the park. It was a king room and I believe there was 2 queen right next door.

Breakfast was basic as with all the places along that area. Toast, cereal, pastry, juice, and coffe.

There is a crosswalk directly at the main entrance. The Del Sol is about the 3rd hotel away from that crosswalk, but it's behind Denny's so its not right off the road.

We stayed there this past October for about 5 nights and had no major issues. Price was decent, rooms were clean and very large (important, with 2 boys sharing the space:D). The Continental breakfast was very basic and the breakfast space itself was rather small, but with Denny's nearby, food was not an issue. Parking is tight, but the hotel does provide passes that allow you to use the adjacent Denny's parking lot. Location is excellent as it is within easy walking distance. Also, since it sits behind the Denny's and away from the main blvd, it is rather quiet. If you can, get an upstairs room as I've heard that the downstairs ones can be noisy depending on who is above you. We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed there last March. The rooms were large and clean. Continental breakfast was average. Proximity to the parks was great. We were in the far back corner of the hotel and noise was not an issue. We did notice several mornings in a row that ducks were in the hotel pool. That turned us off from going in the pool though.
