ROFR = Right of first refusal; it has to do with buying DVC resales and refers to Disney's right to reject a price per point or deal that is too low (in their opinion).

Stormalong Bay is the pool / mini water park at the Beach Club.

THANKS!!!! Is the stormalongbay the pool that winds from in front of Beach Club AND Yacht Club, by the water??? Any opinions on which pool older kids prefer.....Boardwalk or Beach Club??? Thanks!!!!
