defective t-shirt from WDW

I bought a 2006 WDW t-shirt when I was on vacation in August. I washed it last night and the iron-on logo wore through. So now my brand new shirt looks like it is aobut 5 years old. I followed the directions, but it still looks horrible. I went on WDW web site and couldn't get any into on who I can call. Does anyone have any suggestions?

My son had a necklace that broke shortly after we got home from our last trip and also a mission space space shuttle toy that never worked. We got it for my son for his birthday and didn't realize it was broke until we got home and opened it out of the box. Disney gladly sent us a new toy AND necklace -no questions asked. We faxed them a copy of the receipts and that was all they needed. We didn't have to send back the defective merchandise or anything! It took about 3 weeks or so to receive the new stuff. They package everything SO nicely too! We also had a t-shirt we bought that was too small, they let us mail it back for an exchange. We had to pay $6.50 or something for shipping for that one, but no biggie! Disney is SO good when it comes to returns/exchanges.
