I thought I had read somewhere that Disney will honor their products even after you get home (Maybe I am making that up, but please help if you know.) I bought the over-priced yest highly-funtional WDW misting fan when we were there in May. My DD went to use it today and the fan is not working properly. IT is the lillt door to the battery compartment that is not closing all the way.
Anyway, to make a long story longer, do you know who I could contact about this. I am sure that we have the receipt for it in our pile of Disney papers that are all still together.
Thanks for any help :flower:

When our fan broke on this last trip , we just went up to someone selling them and they exchanged it for a new one. We also had a problem with the battery door. :flower:

Thanks, does anyone know what to do now that I am home? I am kicking myself because a few times my DD's said it wasn't working and when my husband looked at it he got it working so I didn't worry about it. I just hate that it was $17 and now wwe won't even have it for home!

Thank you for any other help

I just returned two die cast items without receipts that broke as soon as we got them home in April. I had called the cust svce # that someone had posted and they told me to bring some kind of documentation that I was at WDW. I just brought my hotel bill and had no problem returning the broken items. Good luck :flower:

Just saw this part-if you can't return it, you might try taping the battery door shut-that's what my friend did.

They really do stand behind their products! We bought DD a ring at the Poly gift shop during one of our visits last year. Long story short the large stone that made up Mickey's head fell out. I thought nothing about it, just put it in my change purse. I called the customer service number and they told me I needed the SKU #. On our Feb. trip to the YC she mentioned it while we were in their gift shop. Lady there asked if we had it with us, lo and behold I did! She told DD to go over there and find her ring and we'd get the size, she swapped it out then and there. Only problem is the darn thing has fallen out again! :( Guess I'll take it back in October.............

IF anyone has that number I could use it. I just returned on Monday, and I bought a flashy light keychain thingy on Friday night...only to get home and look in my souvie bag and what do I see? flashy lights...argh seems the thing was on the whole time!

Does anyone have the number? I don't even know who you shold contact? :confused3

Just phone where you order park merchandise-the number is 1-407-363-6200
We went at the beginning of December and my son bought light up drumsticks for his friends, he didn't give the gifts to them until January when they returned to school.
One set was not working so I phoned the above number and there was no problem, we had a new pair within a week---no cost to us at all! :goodvibes
