Defective DL merchandise, possible to replace?

The stuffed animal I bought for my son in DL over the weekend has a tear in it. Will DL replace it if I call them? Figured someone here would know, otherwise I'll just try calling (I'm guessing just the general guest services number).

i bet they will. They were great last year on replacing our christmas necklaces when they stopped working right away.

They replaced some necklaces we bought when they tarnished 3 months later. No hassle.

There is number on the back of your receipt they are great . We have had a few things like over the years sent to Canada when stuff has been defective
