Defect found in item bought onboard

I disembarked from the Fantasy yesterday. Today, when giving my DH a gift I purchased, a nice polo shirt, I discovered it has a hole in it! In a very visible spot. Tags are still on it, I never even took it out of the bag until this morning. Is there a number I can call to possibly report this? I really would like another shirt. Am I out of luck and money? I am so upset I didn't notice the flaw.
 
I don't have a receipt nearby but to the best of my knowledge there should be a number at the bottom of the receipt to call? It's a local 407 WDW/Disney number as I remember. I had one item that was also defective (a backpack from DCL that was with the "spend $xx and get this backpack for $xx) and it was ripped when we got home. I had no issues at all. I called the number, was transferred to the person or area and she had me email my receipt and didn't even require me to return the back pack. I was more than willing to return it and I had gotten it for my mom and she was fine with just a refund.

Do you still have your receipt from onboard? I'm sure someone else will have more specifics but wanted to give my experience and it all worked out.
