I know I have seen this before, but could someone please repost the website to check with Orange County to see if your deed has been recorded. I wasn't able to use the search function to look for it.
Thanks, Jennifer

So we're on the search. Since our deed has been recordered does this now mean we have closed?
I guess we'll receive our permanent DVC member cards soon?
Anything else I can expect to receive through the mail?
It did say under Document Detail - This Document Has Not Been Verified. What does this mean?
Thanks!

That was cool I found both our deeds...

Neat. Now I can get hardcopies of the signatures of all my friends who own DVC. :earseek:

Not only signatures, but if you purchase a resale, sometime the documents also have your home address.

At least I know where all those solitications to sell my timeshare are coming from.

I think the reproduced hard copy part of this "public record" gives me the creeps. I wish they would just provide a summary of the transaction. I have been a victim of identity fraud, and I'd like to avoid any more problems in the future.:(

It makes me nervous to have my signature available to anyone who wants to access it on the web. I like the site, but maybe they should just black out the signature lines.
