Deed Expiration - what happens?

It's possible that DVD may hold a raffle at deed expiration. All the deed owners names will be entered, the winner of the raffle gets the entire property.
That being the case, if I win at BRV, I plan to reopen it in 2043 renamed as "Kevin's Villas at Wilderness Lodge".
