Deed changes

Hello, I'm currently trying to add my son and his wife to my deed. I've contacted Magic Vacation Title in Orlando who provided instructions what to do. Has anyone here used this title company? Their pricing is half of what Disney charges, but I want confirmation from others who may have used them before.

We used them when my dad transferred the deed over to me and my sister in 2013. To be honest I don’t remember what it cost but it must have been worth it, they made it very easy.

I used Magic Vacation Title when we transferred our deeds into a trust. They were very competent, and cost a fraction of what Disney charged.
