Dedicated vs lock-off is one more desireable?

New questions just keep coming up: in a 2BR dedicated, is there still a door that shuts off the 2nd bedroom from the kitchen / living area?

But if memory serves me correctly, there is just one door there...not the two door set-up that you see in a lock-off.
