OK, my all-knowing Diser's. We are leaving in 26 days and have a HH, dedicated 2 bedroom lock-off at OKW. Does anyone know if there are dedicated lock-offs in certain buildings, or are they in every building? And do they have the walkway through the laundry into the bathroom from the living room? We will have a full house with 9 of us: my husband and I and 7 teenage boys!!! eek.

Thanks

Dedicated and lock-off are the exact opposite of each other. A lock-off 2 bedroom can be split into a 1 bedroom and a studio. A dedicated 2 bedroom can't be split.

I have seen mention on the different bathroom set-up, but I thought that it had something to do with which building the villa is in. That might be totally wrong though.

The second entrance to the bathroom is only in buildings 30 and higher. I don't think any of the HH buildings are 30 or higher, but someone else who knows for sure will answer soon, I'm sure!

Do you have a dedicated 2 BR or a lock off 2 BR? None of the HH area units have the 2nd entrance to the master bath. May the force be with you and your 7 teenage boys!!!

sorry, I misspoke. We have a lock off, what I meant by dedicated was that we are booked in the HH area. And that is a bummer that we will not have the 2nd entrance into the bathroom....maybe I should change.

If the boys are all yours, they probably wouldn't have an issue with a brother walking through their room to use the bathroom.

No, they are not all mine, but they will be fine to use the 2nd bedroom bathroom. I was just thinking about when that bathroom is being used they will want to invade ours....:O)

HH is a bookable category, so you can only switch if there's non-HH inventory available to book. I'd try. Having that entrance to the bathroom is VERY useful, and will probably affect you guys more than having to walk longer to get to the main pool.

I am calling them tomorrow to see about switching off. We were in building 46 last time and it was great. My husband doesn't want Turtle Pond area which would be fine for me....ahhhhh decisions that we must face. LOL If I do switch, I am certain someone will be happy to get my category.

Why didn’t your husband like Turtle Pond?

He is a true RI'er and doesn't want to be "that far" from the main area and the Gurgling Suitcase! LOL I love Turtle pond area as do the boys, but to be honest the only building we all agree that we "hate" is building 29. Too much noise.
