Dedicated & Lock off Room Change?

I'm staying at BCV in a 2 bedroom lock off villa through rented points. We later added on two more days at BCV, one through dvc & one through Disney but the room is a dedicated 2 bedroom instead of a lock off. Is there any way Disney will let me stay in the same room? I'm not sure if I should try to call Disney or ask the owner to talk to member services. Is there anything I can do?

Probably not. If there is availability for the other room type and the member can rebook your DVC nights to a dedicated two bedroom (or Disney has the lock off avail for you to rebook as cash) then they would try to keep you in the same room-but if there is no availability to change one of the reservations to the same room type they won't be able to keep you in the same room (as other DVC owners or cash customers would not get the room type they had booked). BCV is a very small resort and is undergoing refurbishment this year so they will already have some rooms out of service while they are working on them.
Edited to add even if they are the same room type booked but on separate reservations it is not guaranteed you will stay in the same room but they will do their best to accommodate you. DVC villas are not like regular Disney hotels-they run at almost 100% capacity all year so there isn't as much flexibility for them in changing room types or room assignments as the regular hotels.

This explains why it has been so hard to book this for our trip in March. Even the rooms available through Disney have been sporadic and has no Spring offer for BCV. I'm traveling with DM & DD who really do not want move.

Also they will replenish toiletries, towels, coffee, etc when they clean the room each day with a cash reservation but DVC reservations only get those replenished every so often (on towel/trash or full cleaning days.)

Yes except dedicated 2 bedrooms with 2 queens are points only.
