Dedicated BCV studio vs. lock-off

I can’t remember ever staying in a dedicated BCV studio, what is the difference, other than the door itself? How is the entrance reconfigured?

We stayed in a dedicated studio a BCV. But I have never stayed in a lock off studio, so I don't know the difference.

The differences are subtle. In a lock-off, the door to the living room is just inside the entrance. Hardly noticable.
