Dedicated 2 BRs at HHI?

Yes, there are. We have stayed in one at least twice. Keep in mind thatthere are no ground level units at HH. All are built one story off the ground so you will have to climb stairs unless you stay in the lodge building where there is an elevator.

I would think that all buildings except the main lodge, 16, 18, 19, 28, and 30 (which I think are the ones with 1 BRs on the first floor) would have dedicated 2 BRs on the first floor.

Thank you. I knew there were 2 BR lockoffs on the first floors under the GV and that those can get noisy. I guess it makes sense that there are 2 BR dedicateds on the first floor of the buildings without GVs. I'm wondering if they have problems with noise. I am a light sleeper and don't want to hear others above me. I think I will order my requests differently than I did. 1) top floor 2) marsh view. I would prefer the top floor over the marsh view. Thanks again.

As someone who travels with kids, I always request lower level. My kids are runners and I just can't imagine what they would sound like on the lower level. I do prefer the top floor though....

Last June, we had little ones above us. It was not too bad however; I am used to it due to my own kids. If you feel the noise will bother you, request top floor.

Yes, I think the noise will bother me. We've always had the top floor at HHI. All but one time we've had marsh view, too. We got island view on our last trip, and it was fine. I just know I DON'T want pool view. It can be very noisy around the pool. I think because of noise issues, top floor is a priority, but how can I avoid getting a top floor room by the pool? Can you put in a request to NOT get a certain location?
