Decorating for halloween at fort wilderness

My daughter is dieing to decorate the outside of our cabin at fort wilderness for halloween but i think it will be to early . We are goin in second week of september but her reasoning is disney is decorated for fall so why cant we. Does anybody really decorate for halloween that early at ft wilderness?

We are going to be staying in a cabin at ft wilderness sept 13th thru the 19th and my daughter is insisting she wants to decorate for halloween. I told her i dont think anyone decorates that early there. Could u guys weigh in on this so i can stop arguing with her about this lol. Thanks in advance

I read in another thread that people start in sept. Don’t have any personal experience with it, so hopefully others will weigh in, but boo bash will be happening at that time and if she’s that excited about it why not?

Yep, we have and would. Our golf cart too. You won’t see as many sites decorated like they are late Sept-October, but you should see some.

Yes! Folks are decorating for Halloween in September and this includes carts as well.

As you get closer to Halloween of course you see it more and more.

Do what you want, make your daughter happy. Adding some lights and such in a campground is a ok. Going ovetboard at disney is a ok also. Have fun.

This is an older thread FYI, we just got back day before yesterday and there were already sites with their Halloween decor up including animatronics and inflatables. Everyone does their own thing, but since the MK had their first Boo Bash on Tuesday, pretty sure it's just game on from here on out. Not only can she enjoy your decorations, but everyone else should have theirs out, too
We booked again for the 12-17th and fully intend to decorate.
