Decorating Door at Polynesian

I want to decorate our door for our MNSSHP trip and my daughter’s birthday. Are the doors metal? Thanks!

Are you decorating the inside of the door hopefully and not the outside? I travel a ton and know that the less people know it’s an occupied room the better. I don’t even hang do not disturb signs on the handle overnight. Nothing screams “stuff to steal” like a decorated door! Again, I’m assuming it’s the inside part of the door.....just my two cents worth! Have a great trip!

I’ve honestly never heard of any door being pushed/broken in to steal out of a room at disney, though I’d put nothing past a crazy thief.
But decorating “entices” burglars?

I certainly know of “ missing/stolen “ things from hotel rooms at disney n elsewhere.

With rooms all having documented key card
Entrances.. I’d hope that there are less of these issues now.
