The last time we went to disney we rented a wheelchair every day for my mother. This year we have decided to bring our own from home. Does anyone have any cool ideas or suggestions on how to decorate it for Disney? Any suggestions would be appreciated!

This past December, we saw a wheelchair decorated like Cinderella's coach. It was really cute!

I can't get my photo to upload, but we were there over Christmas. We purchased battery-operated string (christmas) lights and outlined the scooter with them (secured with electrical tape) and also used garland.

This is what I did for my sister's wheelchair for a Christmas parade she was in. When we took her rollator to WDW a few years ago, we made up signs and used the Disney Cricuts of characters to decorate. We attached it to the front of her rollator. If we add WDW to the end of our cruise later this year and we take her wheelchair, I probably will use the lights and maybe some ribbon instead of garland. I found the garland to be annoying as it got an everything.

I would suggest going over to the disABILITIES Forum. I know I have recently seen a threads about decorating wheelchairs. If you ask there you will get a good response.
