Is there any way to put up lights in a resort window for decorating purposes? I would imagine they wouldn't look highly upon thumbtacks LOL

Any ideas?

I would think tape would be okay :confused3

could use window cling ons, that are removable.

I am planning on bring those little hooks with suction cup backs, they will stick to the glass on the windows without any damage, can even hang them on your mirrors over vanity or sliding glass doors if your in a deluxe. where there is a will there is a way. Last year when we went to ASMo the week after Thanksgivng there were alot of rooms with the windows decorated. :earsgirl:

I started a thread on decorating room windows a few months ago ;)

We are going to make lime green Mickey heads for the windows :bounce:
I usually bring some clothes pins to clip stuff onto the cutain in the window, and some string. We had a big Jessica Rabbit towel and a Mickey towel in our window last time. We had so much stuff we ran out of room.. LOL :rotfl2: We had glasses, cups, banners, stuffed animals, etc.
The suction cups are great to use, and so are vinyl clings. Alot of people were talking about the gel clings, which I just saw for the first time recently, I am going to try those. I saw them at Walmart and they said Merry Christmas in a clear glitter, I think they were like $2.49.

The 3M quick release tabs work great and are very easy to remove, Target and WalMart have them.

The small clear 3M hooks are perfect. I use those to put up lights around the fireplace in my house and you cannot see them.

EXCELLENT!
Thank you all so much - I knew you'd have the info! :)

We're not staying onsite, so I really want to jazz up our hotel rom and get a good Disney vibe going in the Nick Hotel - I know other DISers are staying there, too - so I want to be able to identify US :)

When we went on Halloween in 2003, we decorated our room with lights and such. I just used tape! Worked perfectly. The mousekeepers got into the fun too. Leaving the kids stuffed toys and things set up with the decorations and stuff. It was so much fun. :flower:
