Decorating A Deck

Hi. Have yous any ideas on decorating a deck on a buget? We have always just put our oval green table and chairs out but this year I want it to be a extra place to go and relax. Once I put out sheers, pillows ect for a mary Kay pajama foot spa. But with rain, I don't want to be worried about it.
