Decorated for Christmas?

I was just wondering if the resorts (and Disney World in general) will be decorated for Christmas the week after Thanksgiving (week of Sunday, November 25). Anyone know about the schedule for such things?

It will be gearing up for that time. The week after should be good to go.

oooh oooh!! Something I actually know!!!! Yes!! I'm always asking questions and finally I can answer one!! Yes - they do have their decorations up and have started their winter theme and do the merry mickey christmas stuff (something like that) around that time. So Yes!!!

When we went to Disney from Oct 30th - Nov 14th the parks were decorated for Christmas the day after MNSSHP! We went to the party on Oct 31st and the next day we went to Animal Kingdom and the park was decorated with charactors in Christmas attire and Christms musoc playing!

Parks are pretty much all decorated by first Christmas party ad thta is around Nov 13 or 14th....

I was wondering the same thing myself!!! We'll be there Nov 15 - 21, and I was hoping everything would be decorated!!!! We're going to MVMCP on Nov 16!!!

We usually go the week after Thanksgiving, but it didn't work out this year, so we'll be there the week before!

We were there last year Nov. 11-18 and most of the decorations were up.

The only thing that we saw unfinished was in a few resorts. When we visited the Boardwalk, they were still working on the lobby. However, the gingerbread house at the GF was finished and we were able to buy our shingle, and take our picture in front of it!

We loved being there with the decorations up! DH is even saying that he wants to do it again next year!!

We arrive on Sunday, 11/25 too, so I'm hoping the decorations will be up! Will be at the MVMCP on the 27th...
