Many of the Deck 5 staterooms are above the adult nightclubs and people have reported hearing music & bass until 2am when the club closes. There were a lot of complaints on earlier sailings. Haven't heard anything lately so I am hoping that DCL addressed the problem.

We sailed April 7th on a 3 night and were in rooms 5164 and 5168 and we didn't notice any noise at all and we loved our rooms so much that we booked again for next year on deck 5 aft.
sailing was in staterooms 5666 and 5668...I've reported before the issues with the noise levels from Evolutions. Sure hope they found a solution to the bass pounding till 2am. They offered to move us...but it was just too much involved with children so we opted to stay put and learn from the experience. However, I do recall seeing the stateroom next to our 5668 (not sure of the number) packed up and moving on. Good luck.
AIREYELLOW, thanks for posting your opinion about room 5686 on the Dream. We will be staying in room 5684 in a few weeks and I haven't seen a room report posted yet. I had just resolved myself to the fact that I would hear bass thumping until 2 AM (along with my husband's REALLY LOUD snoring)!
Haven't gotten a trip report prepared yet but I will say the noise is awful. We let Guest Services know several times of our displeasure and they did give us a $100 credit on our onboard account. But I would rather had my sleep. Life lesson learned. Don't book deck 5 aft.
