Deck 2 "Noisy" Room Question

Well I took the advise of many and went ahead and booked a December 3-night cruise (thank you all very much for your posts). I booked through Costco - I had checked around and they had the best price. They booked me into room 2120. However, I just came from Dave's DCL Tribute Site and he has a page on his site listing "Noisy" rooms on Deck 2. Dave jokes about being sure to bring earplugs to wear when you go to bed. My question - Has anyone stayed in a room near 2120? Any comments on the Deck 2 noise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for everyone's help!

We stayed in 2132. Not on the noisy list but definitely should be added. There were a lot of loud vibrations. Especially in the morning coming back to port. It woke me up and I am a sound sleeper.

WE STAYED IN ONE OF THE "NOISY" ROOM, 2544, IT WAS NOT NOISY AT ALL, 1 NIGHT THERE WAS A LITTLE KNOCKING BUT IT WAS ONLY 1 NIGHT. I HAD THOUGHT IT WAS SOMEONE KNOCKING ON THE DOOR. NOT A BIG DEAL, YOUR NEVER IN THE ROOM ANYWAY.

We stayed in 2128 last year and 2514 this year, both listed as "noisy". We had no problem whatsoever! The only noise we had was when docking in ports. I was very nervous about this and almost bought a white noise machine. Don't waste your money--you will sleep like a dead person what with all the running around all day!

Dave listed 2042 as a noisy room and it certainly was. I could hear and feel the bass from the bar above me. I don't care for deck 2 because of the large # of noisy rooms. This next cruise I will be on deck 6.

We stayed in 2652 which is on the noisy list also. It definately was noisy mostly when we were pulling into port . It did wake me up. Two of the four nights there we also heard a lot of loud music that sounded like it was coming from above us. I couldn't figure out where that was coming from though. If you take some earplugs you should be fine. It never woke my DH or kids up at all.
