Deciding between lunch or dinner?

In a few cases--- BOG, Akershus, Coral Reef I am trying to figure out if I should do ADRs for lunch, dinner or both (different days, to provide flexibility). I feel like dinner gives us the most flexibility for our days of touring, scheduling rest breaks with 4&6 yo kids...are there other factors to consider (I know that BOG is quick service lunch, full-service dinner). But other factors...

Also, are there any specific requests (best tables etc) that I should indicate?
