Hi all
Its been quite a while since I've dropped by.........
but I decided to try and get fit AGAIN
I am at my all time high 187lbs ... size 12-14
and I'll be turning 45 next week.... and have been trying to loose and keep off the same 30-40 lbs for the past 15 years............ I'm good at loosing its the keeping it off that I'm realllllllllllllyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy bad at..........
my goal is to exercize everyday( I'm a couch potato)...... drink lots of water.......and write everything that goes in my mouth..........
my long term goal is now 50lbs...............but I would like to loose and keep off 5 lbs a month...........
