Okay- I wanna do the cruise and the kids want to go back to "the world".... Now, will Disney let you do the cruise portion first and the land portion second? I'm afraid the kids will be "bored" if they go from the go go go of the parks to the more laid back atmosphere of the cruise.

Not if you want to do the "official" Land & Sea package. You can, however, easily book the land and sea parts separately (possibly saving money in the process), and then you can arrange it any way you want.

I am booked for the Land/sea package for Dec 5th.

I tried pricing it out seperately too. The land/sea package for me ended up being a better price. Still playing around with prices. I can make it cheaper if I stay at the Allstars. and buy 3day passes at alamo. But I figured the land package of the land/sea is $840 for 4 nights for 2 people at an Moderate which includes UMP passes. Which is a good price.
