Decide between Tiffany and Fl tours

Tiffany has been getting some bad reviews lately. Anyone had any bad experiences with FL tours?

There is a $10 difference between the two companies for our December trip. Is FL tours worth the extra $10?

I am a person who likes reliability and knowing I have transportation. FL tours sounds like they confirm both coming and going transfer times. Does tiffany?

We will need a grocery stop. Which company has a longer stop? Which company uses the least expensive grocery store for the stop?

Do both companies meet and greet in the baggage claim?

First time using a towncar service!

I don't mind the extra $10 if the service is better and more reliable!

Fl tours basically accepts cash, while Tiffany will accept a credit card.

Are tolls included in the price with both companies? Any hidden fees that you paid that you did not expect to pay from either company?

we've used both, and i prefer fl tours. besides their friendly drivers they are also a sponsor of the DIS.
both companies will give you a half hour stop, and fl tours give you a choice (i'm sure that tiffany does as well). the thing that sold me about fl tours was when i said i didn't care what grocery store we went to, our driver said "i'll take you to publix. you don't need a club card to get their sale items."

I originally booked with Tiffany for our trip next week. A few weeks later, I had some questions about carseats for my boys, so I called to ask. The receptionist was short and fairly rude, brushed off my questions without really answering them; I called another time for another question, and got a different man. He was polite and answered my questions, but he no more got the answer out than he ended the conversation without anything further from me because he was busy. I work in a customer-service related job; I know what it is to be busy and have phones ringing, but every customer should have their questions addressed. I just didn't like the way things went, so I switched to FL Tours. I've also have the same questions for them, and each time I've gotten a friendly, helpful response.

I've heard good things about the service of both, as far as the drivers and cars, etc.

We've used TT three times now. Had no problems whatsoever. For our trip last month we used FL Tours since they are a board sponser. My only problem was a small one. When we got to the baggage claim area, there were about 12 drivers with name boards waiting. However, ours was not one of them! We waited to get our baggage and my dh finally found our driver. I have to say that I was a little nervous. But, after that little glitch, all went smoothly. Our driver was quite friendly and knowledgable. He was on time for our return pick-up. We are using FL Tours again at THanksgiving. Hopefully our driver will be standing there with our name board this time.

We used FL Tours for our trip in March. The driver was waiting for us as we came down the esculator to baggage claims (which was a good thing, I had wondered how we would hook up with our driver, here in Chicago, you get your bags, then call the company). The driver was really nice. We didn't do a grocery stop.

In August, we used Tiffany Town Car, with a grocery stop. I called a couple of weeks before we arrived to confirm our grocery stop, the person I talked to was pleasant enough. Our driver wasn't waiting when we came down the esculator, but by the time we came out of the bathroom, he was talking to DH. He stopped at the Publix Store, didn't tell us we had a specific amount of time to shop (I had a grocery list). While in the store, I discovered my driver license was missing, I was very upset to say the least! The driver looked around in the trunk (and the back seat as I grabbed my carry on bag and checked for my license on the way to our resort). The day we were leaving, I called and asked if our pick up time could be moved up to a half an hour sooner, as I was going to have to go through additional security at the airport. The limo was there 45 minutes early, same driver, whose first question was "did you find your license?" ( and, no, I didn't find it!).

So for us, both company's were good.:wave2:
