How is Decemeber to go to Disney?

My family and I are going Dec 7 - 15. This will be our 3rd dec trip in a row...we love, love, love this time of year. Of course I wouldn't rec during Christmas week. We have always had great weather except for last year it got a little chilly a couple of days (jeans and coat weather). We are from PA so we are used to cold weather except when in Disney..then we expect warmth. The decorations are beautiful and the crowds have always been moderately busy.

Thanks! Yes it does help, I am From New York, and planning the trip for me and my son. I am worried about going when it would be to hot for him. It's looks so pretty with all the Christmas decorations in the pictures I have seen.

december is a great time to go!! You will get to see all of the xmas decorations. Don't miss the Osbourne Lights at MGM- they will leave you speechless. The weather is great as well- not too hot. At night it gets a little cold- sweater weather. NO love bugs- great!!

I do not think we will ever go any other time of year!!! Maybe if DH and I can go for a few days by ourselves we might try the food and wine fest. It realy gets you in the Christmas mood

In my opinion, the first two weeks of December are the best time to go! We have gone 4 times during the first two weeks of Dec. We love the Christmas atmosphere. The only disadvantage is that the weather can be iffy. Even in Dec, we managed to go swimming at least once. You will love it. The crowds are great!!

We love December also. Crowdwise its not too bad, the weather is great and then the extra things like Osborne Lights, MVMCP and the decorations in all the resorts are worth the trip by themselves IMHO. Love it.

We have also been able to get some swimming done in Dec...though my kids really don't care if tis 40 degrees out of the water, as long as the water is heated they would stay in it forever!

We LOVED our early December trip The cool weather was nice, the crowds were light, and the prices were low! And the Christmas decorations/costumes were so fun!

The only things I could see being bad for some people are that the parks close early (actually a perk for us, since it meant the fireworks were at a toddler-friendly time!), it is a popular time for ride renovations so a FEW things are usually closed, and it's not the best swimming/water park weather.
