December with a 3 yr old and an infant?

We go to WDW every year, but have never been in December. We are set to go Dec. 3-12 this year. We have a dd who will be 3 in a few weeks and ds will be about 7 months old when we are there. We will be staying off site at our timeshare.
So I have a few ??'s

Will it be too cold for the baby? I think day time will be okay, worried about the nights.

Strollers? I know ds will spend the majority of his time in one and will have outgrown the infant carrier by then. DD will need one when she tires out. We have the stroller that goes with our travel system and a Mac Triumph right now. Are any of the rental strollers able to handle an infant (recline and seat belts in them)?

Should we bring one for the baby and rent one for dd? I really don't want to have 2 in the parks, but don't know if I should buy a sit and stand or a double stroller just for this trip.

We usually fly, but will try and drive this time, too much stuff with 2 kids now We just made our reservations yesterday and I am SO excited to finally see WDW at Christmas time, so any advice or tips are appreciated!! I am sure I will be back with more questions soon

We're in the same boat. I have a 4 yr old and a newly 1 yr old who is about to walk. I plan to use a sling to carry the little one in lines and when the older one needs the stroller (which I hope isnt often). If worse comes to worse, we can always rent a stroller for the older one. I wouldnt rent one for the baby as some dont recline and are plastic molds. We have a Mac Quest which I love and take to WDW.

Weve been in early Jan and the weather can be iffy during the day, chilly at night. Check out stroller buntings. We live in SC and I got the JJ Cole Bundle Me Lite infant. It worked great and was easy to switch from the car seat to stroller. The baby couldnt kick it off like she did with a blanket, and the top zips off if it gets too warm. I just bought the toddler size and its huge.

We live close enough that we can drive. Makes hauling the extra stuff much easier.
